We started Bruns Clothing
after looking for a new work jacket and not being able to
find any that were still "Made in America." As we
believe that American made products can be the highest
quality available, and that buying American made products
supports our workers, families and communities, we broadened
our search and found Freeman Sportswear. Not only were
their jackets entirely "Made in America" but they are
designed by you, the American consumer.
The jackets that we sell have
many design options and each jacket is custom made to your
specifications and needs. Freeman Sportswear has been making
outerwear for sports teams, groups and schools for many
years and we saw this as the answer to our needs. As a
matter of fact we
liked the jackets so much that we convinced them that we
could also sell custom-made jackets to the American public.
There are companies out
there that offer what they quaintly call "American Made"
when in fact all they are is assembled from components made
in other parts of the world. Freeman Sportswear is all
made in Watertown South Dakota by skilled American workers.
This hands-on, small town approach allows each product to be
custom made for a price that is competitive with imported
products, and they are truly designed, cut and assembled in
America.
